PS Also consider the movements and positions recommended by Spinning Babies.

Chiropractors work by rebalancing the alignment in your pelvis so that baby can get into place. Chirp Group in Shirlington specializes in prenatal care and both docs have extensive Webster training. It was worth the drive!

I don't think a chiropractor can perform an ECV. I had one and it was performed at the hospital by a high risk OB, they specifically gave me medication for it and had my son on a monitor and ultrasound the whole time. It's definitely not something safe to do outside of a hospital. It comes with risks.

I dunno if you know me, but this was my experience.

I tried the chiropractor and breech tilts, yoga poses, swimming, even hand stands. Nothing worked.

Most babies flip on their own. If they don't, I think there's probably some reason and I'd just go ahead and schedule the c section. ECV was very painful.

Leave your baby alone until 36 weeks. They are getting the max amount of nutrients and are comfortable they way they are. Stop trying to control your baby. Trust that your baby will move on down and flip. You got this!

There are many reputable chiropractors in the area. Where are you, OP?

My baby just flipped at 32 or 33 weeks and she has been breach since 20 weeks (and I got a lot of scans because I’m high risk) so I was convinced she wasn’t going to flip. So yeah, I’d wait it out. Also totally agree to avoid chiropractors.

My first was breech until 37 weeks. At my next appointment they told me he had reoriented himself. Birth was fine. I did end up with a c-section because his head was too big, but breech was no longer an issue.

Just take it easy and try to enjoy the next 2 months of pregnancy

Please don’t do this.

100% do not use a chiropractor you don’t know and trust. So many whacks out there.

I wouldn't worry about this before 34 weeks. And then if I wanted an ECV I'd use a doctor not a chiro, but I know some people trust chiros.

Hi all! 31 weeks here and getting nervous that my baby is still breech. Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor who is certified in the Webster technique (if that's even necessary, I don't know) and can help flip the baby?
