Probably. Didn't want to come back - she was supposed to kids up at daycare and kept going. But by the time 24 hours past and she would have slinked home - it was already on the local news. She figured it was too late and then 22 days were gone and it was going to be bad no matter what.

That said - she is screwed. The FBI filed the charges against her, not the local police.
