Snack 1/2 apple with pb and coconut
Lunch pick up a wrap or salad??
Snack: lightly salted nuts
Dinner: seafood broccoli stirfry?
I don't think I have an eating disorder... I am coming off a year plus of gastro issues, so I'm still eating small amounts and not eating a lot of wheat.
Get help for your eating disorder.
