Delish. (I don’t eat the beef Balls. My son does).

Tortellini cooks in 4 minutes. Drain it and put some pesto sauce, or tomato sauce and very often just plain.

Salmon (frozen filets from Costco—thaw quickly in water), roasted broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots from frozen bag, and roasted sweet potatoes. I drizzle with whatever I have on hand—tahini, pesto, teriyaki, etc.

High protein pasta along with sauce made with impossible burger ground “beef” and rao’s marinara. I either roast broccoli while that’s cooking or skip veggies and have berries on the side if I’m living dangerously.

If you have time and a pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs, you can make what I call “420” chicken thighs. Cover them with soy sauce and roast at 420 degrees “for 20” minutes, approximately (I use a thermometer to check them).

Serve with a box of seasoned cous cous from the box-y rice aisle (takes 10 minutes) and at the end stir in a bunch of frozen peas. Voila!

Spaghetti and meatballs - frozen Italian meatballs from TJ and Victoria sauce, and some kind of vegetable - steamed broccoli, green beans, maybe salad.

Black beans (from a can) and rice with some kind of vegetable

Make your own burritos - canned black beans, lettuce, tomato, guac if we have it, shredded cheese, etc. etc.

Very fastest? Probably cereal.

Actual meal - salmon filets in oven (cook from frozen if forget to thaw, but they thaw pretty quick in water), microwave Trader Joe’s rice (brown rice for even less guilt I guess, but we like jasmine), veggies in a microwave steam pack

Cheese quesadillas (on soft corn tortillas) with a veggie in it. Microwaved. The preparation is 2 minutes. The microwave is one. Kids like it, and it has a few food groups and is filling .

What is it? What can you serve your family when you have zero energy but still need to pull it together? That doesn't leave you feeling a little guilty?

(Please spare me the "I never feel guilty" or similarly unhelpful responses)
