On the flip side, there are a lot of Russians protesting Putin and are Ukrainian sympathesizers...so not every Russian thing is evil.

Disappointed at the shade being thrown at OP. I, for one, stand with OP and the people of Ukraine.

Russian vodka accounts for around 1% of vodka sold in the US. Essentially symbolic.

and to be honest. Not buying russian vodka won't have any effect either. the stock that is sitting in the liquor stores has already been paid for. its the local merchant you are hurting by NOT buying it. since they are going to have to sit on a product that wont make them any money.

don't hurt the little local guy...

Same! Of course, I'm not exactly thrilled with state-level politics in Texas right now, but Austin is still okay.

+1 Russian Standard and Green Mark are the big ones. Don’t buy those, even to dump down your sink.

Also, don’t get gas at Lukoil.

Correction:

Drink what vodka you have as a toast to the brave people of Ukraine and donate to a vetted Ukrainian charity.

At least ship it to Ukraine so they can use it in their Molotov cocktails

I don't think I have any but if I did, why on earth would I pour it down the drain?

You have an imperfect understanding of how boycotts work.
