Most any series I've loved, I've watched more than once. With the caveat that I often skip scenes/characters/story arcs that I didn't particularly enjoy.

Offspring, Friday Night Lights, Buffy are my go to rewatches. I've seen them all at least 3 times.

I rewatched all of West Wing, but there was a long gap between viewings so it was almost like a new show. Same with Parks&Rec.
