Nah. Good hair is just genetic, and I know people of every class that have both good and bad hair. There's only so much you can do topically.

I know a few German Heiresses thanks for a friend that went to a prestigious boarding school there.

Small sample size:
One looks almost exactly like Anna. Her shoe collection was gigantic. She was a lovely girl but very, very insecure about her looks, weight, etc

One was 6' tall gorgeous blonde. She dressed well like a girl from Middleburg but very pleasant, nice girl.

One was beautiful, dark hair but shy and a bit overweight. When she took up smoking she lost a lot of weight. You wouldn't think any remarkable about her. Generally nice bags and polo shirts.

So in other words, rich Germans are pretty diverse in how they look.

I can’t get over how chubby and plain looking she is. And yeah her hair is bad.
