If your kids are in the very early stages and need confidence I was very impressed with i9 sports. The coaches are so encouraging and parents are 100% hands off. The other kids aren't super talented so it's not discouraging for a complete newbie. If you're near Vienna, check out Vienna Youth Soccer (VYS).

More than just classes, I would sign the kids up now to play in the VYS "house" league this spring (it's the "recreational" or "rec" league, as opposed to the "travel" league). VYS also has special week-long training programs during spring break, summer break, etc. They have info on the website.
