I did pick up a couple salads and boiled eggs.
Frozen broccoli I can have kid throw in a pan with some water. Would appreciate any other ideas. Maybe lower sodium soup?

Salad kit comes to mind.

My dominant hand is sprained, I’m taking care of a preschooler and don’t have a dishwasher either. I’ve gone into full paper plate and ready made food mode. Can anyone point me to some healthier ready foods that aren’t packed full of sodium? I saw some individual meal tubs at WF and got spaghetti and meatballs as well as salmon over pilaf… then I read the back and saw one individual box had like 56% daily sodium!

Breakfast we do cereal or greek yogurt with fruit. I need lunch and dinner help!
