OP, of the ones you listed, personally I would like the St. Regis as its very central, close to the Metro, and looks like a great hotel. Personally I love the area near the Pantheon, and might take a look at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, which isn't exactly a Marriott brand, but does allow using Marriott points to book. Looks like for a 5 night stay in mid-April its 100k Marriott points cheaper than the St. Regis.
