It depends on the exact configuration of the yard and the cemetery and how often they have burials. I wouldn't rule it out.

Absolutely, nobody can put up a high-rise and it’s quiet (even if they have graveside services, those don’t tend to be rowdy).

Would you buy a home if it has a 'view' of a cemetery? What are your concerns? The house doesn't have well water.
