Some things that I use a lot? Mini silicone spatulas (from WS) and mini whisks. I use the mini spatulas from scooping out mayo and mustard for dressings to draining sauces out of my smaller sauce pans. And I use mini whisks for mixing small amounts of dressing or scrambling an egg in a bowl.
And yes, I also use a garlic press a lot as well as my Bamix immersion blender.
