The Father Brown series moved from Netflix to there. He's a mild-mannered Catholic priest who solves local crimes. Same for The Vicar of Dibley, which is a gentle British sort-of sitcom set in an Oxfordshire village.

Derry Girls is still on Netflix for now, and she might enjoy that. Call the Midwife is also still there.

The entire series The Waltons is also available through Amazon on Prime Video.

Bridgerton, episode 5.

Poldark has a controversial rape and Downton Abbey has a rape, where you see the intent but not the act. Still, it's quite obvious and the DA one is rather shocking.

Most things on network tv. Avoid good televis . . . err, shows on streaming or able channels.

My grandmother loved British sitcoms like Keeping Up Appearances.

What about a comedy series like Friends?

My MIL is like this and she really likes true crime stories. TONS on netflix and amazon prime.

Sex and swearing ruin everything for grandma. And violence, rape, abuse are bad too. Otherwise she enjoys a good drama on lots of topics. Need some recommendations for many hours. Thanks.
