I would spend two days/one night in Athens, then Mykonos and Santorini (but not Oia). I included Mykonos because terns that age will love it.

We like historical stuff and beaches so we went to the Peloponnese (Napflio, Mycenae, Epidarus), Delphi, Santorini and Crete (Knossos and Chania). Lot of stuff we didn’t get to…

Crete! Chania, Balos beach, Samaria gorge. So much to do on Crete. We all come back to Santorini with out kids.
