Grew up in NYC in the 90s and my favorite splurge was a stuffed artichoke from the original Balduccis. I haven’t seen one like it in years. Somehow each leaf was loaded with lemony, buttery, herby, garlicky breadcrumbs that were almost paste-like. Then the meaty part of the leaf was succulent and not watery. And the heart…amazing. Anyone know of a good source? I am also open to—but intimidated by—a recipe
