I have never, NEVER had good pad Thai outside of Thailand. It’s to the point where I don’t even bother ordering it at a restaurant.

I like pad thai from Thai House in Gaithersburg. Thai Tanium in Kentlands is good at a lot of things, but pad thai is not one of them.

I like Farmsook Thai in King Farm. I also get tofu with my pad Thai. So good

I’m craving this like crazy today, but haven’t found a place that does it really well. I get the vegetarian version with tofu. Any recommendations?
