I think I'd prefer to have the double oven. I have a single oven and counter toaster oven and while I do use both, obviously the toaster has size limitations as the most it fits is a quarter sheet pan. Double oven would be nice for cooking things at the same time but different temps, holidays, or doing a lot of baking (like Christmas cookies). That said, I would still keep my toaster oven as it's great for cooking just one thing and not having to heat up the whole oven. I also have a separate air fryer that also works great for things I used to make in the oven. Lots to consider!
