They could be ingrown hairs. I second the tendskin recommendation…or something that exfoliates. OG stridex pads are great too

Just have him use basic face soap/shampoo instead of shaving cream. After he shaves 4-5 min of cold water compress to close pores. After about 15-20 min very light astringent.

DS consistently has acne on his upper lip and chin, nowhere else. It occurred to me that it could be from shaving. He uses Neutrogena men’s sensitive skin shave cream and the Gillette Fusion 5 razor. What does your teen use or do when shaving to minimize acne?
