The example in confirmation class was if you come upon a car accident and don't know if the victims are baptized but are still alive, you can cover that on the spot by baptizing them. I guess if they're dead you gotta find a Mormon. I don't know if Heaven is segregated by denomination but Lutherans are ok people and less annoying than really evangelical or pentacostal people.
You can baptize yourself in water. Although, it is not the pattern laid out in the Bible, nor is it the recommended method of being baptized. However, if you truly understand the purpose of water baptism, that is revealed in the Word of God, and you have no one who is able to baptize you at the time, then of course you can do it yourself.

I don't know. I'm not even Catholic anymore (still Christian, though). It's just making me uneasy.
Then your issue is psychological rather than spiritual. Seek help from a doctor.

lots here need to do this
I don't think that's fair to OP. The spiritual authority for OP's religion says that a sacrament could be invalid. According to the rules of the religion that is very serious. It's not like OP is just being randomly scrupulous. Talk to your priest, OP.
