This is weird. Stop giving your kids pointless veggie pills.
Stop buying junk. Buy normal real food like fruits and vegetables. They will eat them if they don’t have other options and are hungry. Or buy their own junk, whatever. Either way, the veggie pills aren’t beneficial

I wouldn’t get it just for this reason, but my kids love my juicer and they make and drink their own fresh juice several times a week now. They use sweeter fruits as a base but I don’t even have to sneak in kale or carrots anymore. They are getting so many more vitamins now, it’s great.

Drop this. Doesn’t help and not worth the battle

What carbs do they like? I have pasta fiends, so I started throwing a ton of frozen vegetables into the pasta cooking water. String beans with spaghetti, peas with penne, spinach with anything, etc. Covered in Rao's tomato sauce it doesn't taste all that different from plain pasta.

It’s unlikely they need to take vitamins.

My doctor had me taking Juice Plus for a while. Supposedly very helpful and actually chock full of the good stuff.

Just focus on whole foods and lots of fruits and vegetables. Don't buy them carby crap -- no processed breakfast cereal even with vitamins. And if they don't want to eat breakfast, it's not a big deal, they won't starve or die of malnutrition -- just focus on making the meals they eat at home, and the foods they have available for lunch, nutrient-dense.

The vegetable pills are not that useful. They usually only have a fraction of what you would get from real vegetables. There is nothing wrong with synthetic vitamins. What about breakfast cereal or smoothies from a mix - a lot of those are fortified with vitamins.

Sounds like you need one of those shakes full of vitamins.

I accept they are carb eaters but it’s my job as a mom to get them to eat good food and vitamins. They don’t like gummies nor Liquids and these pills, especially natural ones. are huge! They want you to take 3+ Pills a day. Unbelievable! I can’t swallow them.
I prefer natural vitamins and supplements but may have to get the manufactured one a day pills. I just hate fighting with them now that they are teens. I backed off on pushing breakfast, sigh.
