In the families I have known with heights similar to yours, the kids skew average. In one case, there were two sons and one ended up at around 6' like dad and the other ended up at around 5'5". In another cases, DDs both ended up at average height (around 5'4") and DS was around 5'6" or 5'7".
Anecodtally, me too. DH is very tall; his dad is not, but his maternal grandfather wass very tall.
We are like you, OP.
Kids are late bloomers, hit puberty very late. so they stayed short for a while.
DS 16 (hit puberty at 15) is like 5'8, and still growing. His dad grew in college, so we suspect that DS will as well. Probably won't reach 6', but will be around 5'10"ish.
I think DD will be around 5'4 to 5'5.
Your DD could be in the 70%ile for most of her childhood, but then hit puberty at 11, and stop growing at 13. You just don't know.
