I see that practices are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays (if there's not a meet). Do they expect everyone to attend all three every week, or do people pick 2 out of 3 for example? I was hoping for more of a twice per week commitment for now since my child is also doing other stuff. Ideally they could go to the practice on Sunday and one other weekday.

DP. Would you recommend this program for a second grader? Do you know if they keep it fun/light at that age? My son has endless energy and is a fast runner for his age. He did a youth program with Potomac River Running last spring and liked it, but that one will most likely conflict with another activity now. We are in the phase where we are just trying everything and seeing what sticks. I think track would be a good one for him to try but I am worried about injuries. I have a friend whose cousin was a runner as a kid and I remember that she had a bad overuse injury by her teen years… but I think she was doing more long distance running? I don’t know track so not sure if my concerns are warranted.
