Do the orders usually come on time, esp those who used it for a holiday? We ordered for the first time and they said because of weather issues they were sending ahead of time, so it arrived a day early. It was fine but we wanted it for a reason on that day. We would have rescheduled but they didn’t give us that option.

We used them to send Maryland crabcakes and soup to my parents in AZ for Christmas. They were really happy with it.

We got Philly Cheese steaks. Awesome. Pricey. But it was so incredibly good.

I've ordered NYC bagels, SF cioppino, and a few other things. Excellent experiences all around.

Ina’s coconut cake was amazing and traveled really well.

I order bagels from NYC for gifts all the time. They are great and freeze well.

I do not recommend the pizzas from Lou Malnati's Pizza.

I ordered our entire Christmas meal for 2 years running. I order gifts to send to people. I order cakes for special occasions. I just ordered pizzas and a cake for Valentine’s Day.

I've ordered from Duff Goldman, Ina Garten and a few others. It has worked really well. Outstanding packaging, everything arrives frozen or cold, everything has been on time. People have raved about the products, from the presentation to the taste. Only winners so far. For Valentine's Day I am sending people either Ina Garten's Coconut Cake, Duff Goldman's Valentine Cake, or cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake, depending on their tastes.

I haven't ordered anything for us ever but I have thought about it. It may be time to branch out!

We’ve ordered Faidley’s seafood, nightingale ice cream sandwiches, several kinds of pizza, and so many cakes I can’t remember them all!

We had one bad experience where a birthday cake got lost in transit for a few days and showed up totally inedible (and after the birthday). I will say they didn’t do much to compensate because it was the fault of the shipper. I wasn’t too happy but it really wasn’t their fault.

Everything else has shown up packed well and fresh!

I've ordered Momofuku and Shake Shack. But we're great. I've also sent plenty of baked goods that were big hits, but those seem easier to ship.

I have ordered Chicago pizza, cakes from We Take The Cake, cakes from Duff Goldman, and other items. Shipping is fast and the packaging is high quality. Also customer service is American, which is super important to me.

The bacon cheeseburgers from Gramercy Park Tavern are out of this world.

We received a gift certificate for Christmas and haven't used it yet. Anybody have experience with this site? Any good recs? The premise seems a bit hard for me because a lot of the food seems like it wouldn't ship well.
