I was surprised the Dolphins fired Flores, but now I understand why. He didn't want to tank his team. I wonder if others will come forward.

What? One has nothing whatsoever to do with the other. Owners want winners. Players and coaches are two different things. Give me the name of a bankable black coach and I'm sure he'd have a great shot at getting hired. This isn't affirmative action like college or government employment.

Studies have been done showing that black coaches are generally held to a much higher standard in terms of immediate results and in terms of sustained results. Flores getting fired is actually a great example

This lawsuit is LONG overdue. I’m so glad Bellichick stupidly exposed a scheme that has long been obvious to any thinking person. The determination not to hire or retain black head coaches absolutely is racist discrimination. The discrimination against black quarterbacks is the same and is only beginning to change in the past 20 years. The idea that black people can’t and shouldn’t run things is completely and wholly racist. Anyone trying to debate this is just tipping their hand and exposing themselves as a racist who supports racism.
