With the move, I went to a club that didn’t even really focus on girls’ soccer. I know the Reign are way more advanced than that, but no matter how great you are, there are still areas that we can improve and build that game and brand even more and be proud of what we are doing because it will come from our work as coaches, staff, & players. I think that’s what I’m most excited about.”

Given that they sacrificed the boys to get the girls into ECNL that seems a little harsh.
Arlington sacrificed the girls to ECNL so boys had some game. The Arlington boys didn't make MSL and that is the truth.

Yikes is right! Wonder what happened at Arlington? Does not sound like she was happy.
OL Reign is in the GA. Nicci played a role in the start of the GA. My guess is maybe she wasn’t happy with the switch to ECNL?
I think it’s a great move for her, and while many at Arlington will miss her, I’m know a few who definitely won’t.
She’s going to GAL? Lol!
I think in this case the youth program has a direct linkage to the pro team. None of the local GAL teams have that.

Wow. What happened at Arlington?
Nothing. She's from that area of the continent is excited to be returning (close to) home.
Is OL reign academy a strong program?
