Look I’m with you that kids have lost a lot and borne the brunt of this pandemic. But histrionics don’t help your point. Covid really began HERE March 13, 2020 when schools closed. It’s January 2022. It hasn’t even been 2 full years, let alone 2.5 like you claim.

County DPR and APS are entirely different entities. DPR programs frequently run when APS is closed over one snowflake remaining on the ground somewhere in the County.
