You could also get a few cheap air mattresses that you use just for sleep overs. We have a small one that I got when my kids were toddlers, but is actually really useful. It's a bit smaller than a twin, but that's a good thing because it doesn't take up so much room.
This. Floor is ok just add enough material so that it’s warm and soft. You can’t just put kids in sleeping bags on the floor, unless you have a super plush rug, cause it’ll be cold & hard. Get either cheap air mattresses or camping pads and add comforters on top of the camping pads to make it plusher to sleep on.
