ECNL-r travels too much? The two clubs farthest away from each other is probably Great Falls and Stafford. Maybe an hour apart. And those are the farthest two clubs. If you think a game an hour away for travel soccer is too much....I don't know what to say.
So I guess you do not play richmond because we did.

Sounds like everyone is leaving VYSA and heading toward US Club soccer in Virginia. NPL will be making its way back to Virginia in some capacity. 16-19 age groups will have a unique promotion and relegation platform. What clubs will be merging together next? This might be the only way to get into the RL unless you know someone as it’s never about your performance on the field. We all know that certain clubs won’t deserve the ECNL status but it’s only a matter of time until we have another new league. MLS Next, DPL, or the Im pissed off league.

Curious as to your insight to this rumor? If true it would be great as it would give majority of clubs the opportunity to play each other more often instead of having to wait for a tournament. Based on the current clubs they should be able to create a North and South division avoiding long travel for those who think it's an issue. I assume North vs South would get to play in showcase tournaments similar to what CCL does now. I like the promotion/relegation for the older age groups if true.
