Half of pro23 teams have a bunch of kids not even in college yet playing up. If he played in college he's good enough for pro23. If CCL merges into ECNL what will happen with pro23?

Any suggestions on where would be good places to try and get them some games? Son is goalkeeper that was not on major club in area so don't think Pro 23 is option.
