The ER doctor said he’s seen a lot of young people with strokes and heart attacks with Covid. Inflammation. Please rest and let your body recover. To whomever keeps reporting my experience for what? Disinformation? I’m sorry you don’t want to believe this, but it’s true. Telling people to rest while ill is not dangerous medical advice worth reporting.

You are ONE person.

According to that article, you should feel free to get back to it but listen to your body and warm up slowly.

It goes without saying, no group exercise if you have any symptoms of covid. Even if you think it’s “just allergies”. Get tested or stay home. We just had an outbreak at the yoga studio where I teach. No one needed that.

Is there some sort of guideline on when I can get back to running outside? I’ve felt fine for a couple days now, but don’t want to do anything stupid. If this were an actual cold, I probably would have run on the days I wasn’t fatigued and definitely would be running now. (I’m vaxxed and boosted.) What did you do? Did you check back in with a doctor?
