I buy bags of fresh, pre-washed spinach or kale. I typically use it all b4 it goes bad, but if it starts to loose freshness, I throw it in the freezer.
I use fresh bananas, but on occasion, they ripen too much and I peel them and freeze them.
If the fresh fruits I buy for snacking start to go bad, I throw them in the smoothie b4 using the frozen fruit.
