I stepped foot on the campus a million years ago and feel in love. CU is a magical place to spend 4 years. Best decision I ever made. And my DC got accepted tonight…he’s very happy indeed.

3.8uw, 4.6w, 1430 SATs. Mediocre ECs but good work experience. If you don’t want your kid going that far away, don’t visit. Once a teenager steps foot on that campus they will want to go. It is breathtaking. It is a bit pricey compared to the other state school he has gotten into but we will see. Grateful to have options.


Thanks for sharing! We have already toured (we have family out there) so know the spell it casts. DC has 3.98 UW 34 ACT, loads of APs and deep ECs. Sounds like some merit may be an option which helps.
