Sometimes even my friends send random selfies and I think why tf are you sending me a picture of yourself? If a guy I started seeing did this, I'd think it's weird. I wouldn't stop seeing him over it, but I'd definitely think it's weird.

It is pretty common. I got one the other day from someone I haven't even met yet. You don't have to send one back. But if you look cute, you might want to.
