Why do you say that?
Because that's their reputation now. What they lack in performance or features they makeup in the ability to finance underwater loans as part of the purchase.

Anonymous wrote:We have the Rogue. We love it. Great size, a bit larger than the CX5, more space in the trunk. It also rides up higher. It’s a smooth easy driving vehicle for day to day and around town. It’s smooth on the highways. It’s not gutsy or speedy, so if you want fun to drive aspects go for another car.

I LOVED the way the CX-5 drove and the interior but at the end of the day it felt much smaller than the other two options, much lower to the ground - almost like I was driving a sedan. And comparing specs it indeed has less storage space. For that reason, I decided against it and I’d imagine you’d have a similar experience with the CX-5 vs. Rogue (although may not matter to you).
I did love it though!!
CX5 poster above here. Yes the CRV has more storage. I had one before getting the Mazda. But I’ve never had an issue with storage in the back. We also have a 3 row SUV though so if we need a lot more storage we’ll use that. I definitely don’t feel low to the ground in it, especially with the seat raised up. But it comes down to personal preference! If you’re looking at cx5 and Rogue OP definitely a good idea to check out the Rav and CRV since they’re in the same category.
