Do not recommend, especially if you work. I am constantly surprised people still recommend this place on here. We and the majority of my DC classmates families were very unhappy.
Why? Can you explain?
I’m the PP you are responding to. This school is ok for some kids, very quiet well behaved kids who sit still for very long periods of time and don’t talk. Shy girls ideally. The teachers in some classes have very unrealistic expectations for kids and yell when they are not met. I volunteered several times and was shocked by the amount of yelling (not at my own child, at least while I was there). I have heard better things about some classes than others, the prek is supposed to be fairly warm. But in addition to that it’s closed a ton, and the camp is run by 12 year olds. They constantly spam you to try and get you to vote for them for “best of” lists, which I guess is how they have kept a decent reputation. They do a lot of “extras” like performances and enrichment events which are legitimately cool but that to me did not make up for the bizarre attitude from some teachers.
