One of my parents can drive her. My mom can drive, even if she can't go up and down the stairs in my house. My dad can get to her quickly in case of emergency.

My gut says no, but when my daughter asks what I'm worried about, I can't think of anything that is a realistic fear (the house is not going to spontaneously burst into flames).

No. I have a very responsible dd who just turned 16. I would not leave her alone. You dd needs to stay with grandparents.

Would you let your responsible 15 year old stay home alone over a long weekend (Saturday morning to Monday afternoon)? I would prefer she stay with local grandparents, but she really wants to sleep in her own bed. She would have dinner with the grandparents.
