OP, do you mean you will do a natural cycle IVF to retrieve the one (or possibly two) egg your body will produce, or do you mean you will transfer an embryo and not receive any estrogen and progesterone supplements?

Maybe to protect herself. I think it’s rare to work first try. I had a friend at the same practice at the same time and it took her 3 or 4 tries with Nc.

I have DOR and my AMH was less than 0.01 and my afc was 4, I think. I don’t really remember, but I had to have a trigger shot and lots of monitoring. Re had told me to do donor egg or adopt, I asked him to please try Nc. It was all quite simple, and I would say it was about the same as an iui cycle (clomid only not a medicated cycle). I wish I’d done it sooner. The calming meds didn’t work for me, so I was awake for retrieval, which was a tiny pinch. I was super nervous, but it wasn’t bad at all. The worry before about it was much worse. We did a fresh 3d transfer and I got a bfp on day 9po, I think. He’s 8 now and perfectly healthy. We did do icsi and assisted hatching.

Best of luck to you!!

Yes I’m looking for advice how it went and tips to prepare. I had a failed medicated and I’m trying natural for this cycle. I’m praying it works.

I did a transfer with nothing but the trigger shot and a z-pac. I skipped PIO. My best advice is to be convinced it would go work. He’s almost 18 months old (and a real cutie).
