+1

Why do you need that info, OP? You help recruit subs?

Wong, reporting is in real time and at your fingertips. 150+ have reported COVID positive today alone. There are 650+ kids with COVID across APS.

According to the dashboard, 145 kids reported positive today? I counted quickly, but it was just page after page.

Sorry no what you are asking is not reasonable.

What exactly are you looking for? The weekly email from APS came out on Friday as it does every week. We got our school's weekly newsletter this morning as per usual. They do additional ad hoc messages - last month looks like there was one on Tik Tok, one on expanded Testing Hours, and one on Covid updates. Notifications of SB meetings or work sessions usually come out on Tuesdays.

Definitely not any sort of daily update, especially before noon on only the second day back.

But what information do you want them to report. They will not report which teachers are out, etc. You can look at the dashboard if you are curious how many students/teachers at your school are positive. Our school had asymptomatic testing yesterday and we got the school wide email that 3 kids that were in school tested positive. Thats about all the info you can expect.

Was there an update on how first day back was? A report on staffing needs, with specifics per school? When masks and tests kits will be delivered?

My school totally silent.

Good grief.

Maybe they are just not that into you.

What do you want them to say? They're kind of busy.

We got emails from both my kids' schools before they went back.

Asking your administrators to take time out to give you a report on staffing needs when they're probably short staffed and could better spend their time actually assisting teachers and students seems kind of...clueless, don't you think?

Schools are open, nothing new to report. Go to the COVID dashboard if you want to see the stats on cases and close contacts. They've gotten so much criticism this past week for things outside their control (weather, not enough teachers/subs), I don't know why they would say anything this week unless they had to.

They stopped testing athletes so they don't have any data to report.

Nothing from our school either.
