We've been going out to restaurants almost throughout the pandemic. Nobody in our family has gotten sick.

This. The only indoor dining anyone should be doing right now is in their own home. If you must have food from the tapas place, do take out. If not, find a place with outdoor heaters and go there. Or stay home.
