I'm not defending the dude, but if somehow for a work related reason his phone number ended up on her phone (she is at the front desk after all) he could have popped up on her insta as a suggested follower and she clicked on it. It's amazing how little privacy we have.

How did you find out he was following her? Are you stalking his Insta?

I'm a 60 year old man and I'm on Instagram.

I follow some of my adult kids' friends (many of whom are young women) but have never requested to follow them. What I've done is accept their requests. Maybe he's done the same thing. If so, it's pretty harmless.

Backstory: My husband gets his hair cut weekly at a little strip mall place that’s staffed by cute young college-aged girls. I literally never thought ANYTHING of it until today, when I see that him and one of the front desk girls now follow each other on IG. She’s not the one who cuts his hair. She also does not have a ton of followers on IG (less than 500) and her IG profile is completely separate from the salons profile. Would this bother you?
