Most of her recipes would not fit the bill, but Smitten kitchen will have plenty that do, and I think she knocks it out of the park all the time.

I really like the books from Deborah Madison, including "Greens". She really nails the complimentary flavor combinations of different vegetables. Her sauté of boy choy, garlic, celery and chili is favorite.

Love Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone!
Though it does include dairy in some recipes.
I'll have to look up that saute. I've never included celery.

The vegan meal kit Purple Carrot has all their recipes on their website and they're delicious! Meat eating husband loves them. Picky kids like to at least try them because they're unique. And I'm a vegetarian and it's really helped me get out of my cooking rut.

Someone in my family has high cholesterol and needs to eat less meat and dairy. What’s a good place for recipes that don’t rely on fake meat/cheese products, but have real, hearty, flavorful ingredients? Likes all kinds of food such as Asian, Indian, Ethiopian, etc.
