Yes, easy access to Beltway and 267 toll/ access road to Dulles Airport. Also now within 2 miles of 4 metro stops (not sure who thought we needed 4). You do need a car if you're not going to the neighborhood elementary school (Spring Hill) or pool/tennis club.
So prepare for tons of noise in your home
There are 500 homes in the Hamlet. Many have zero road noise. Most homes do not have significant road noise. The back edge of the neighborhood have backyards with a sound wall barrier. Some homes have significant highway sound. But this is easy to determine for yourself. It is hard to have easy access to 496, 66 and Dulles Toll Road without having some houses in earshot of road noise. Like much of McLean.
Sound walls don’t work. Pass

Is McLean Hamlet an actual subdivision or more of a general part of McLean neighborhood?

Is this seen as a poor section of McLean?
