Bottleneck in testing makes testing a bit useless unless we put all on hold until results come which is currently very disruptive given the delays. Catch 22…. Or 2022

Note the sentence above that says “with symptoms.” Also, schools want test results this week regardless of symptoms.

Hundreds of people with symptoms tested this weekend. They will get the results with huge delays by the end of the week - which not surprisingly is partly being caused by workers involved in processing of the tests coming down with the virus. Anyways, if all the people with symptoms who tested this weekend stay at home, out of precaution, then society does not function this week (let alone schools), if they go to work while waiting the results come out then they will infect a lot of people. Without a quick turnaround in testing, there is no possible good solution.
