-Green salad with lots of chopped fresh herbs and some thinly sliced fennel (no fruit, nuts, cheese please), homemade vinaigrette on side or tossed lightly immediately before serving
-poached salmon
-roasted non starchy vegetables
-some type of quinoa, farro, brown rice pilaf.
