You’re lucky then! Same protocol, very different results. But both recently/over the holidays — we used to do delivery (and had the same glitchy at the start but they worked it out experience you had wrt delivery).

Any pattern to what time you go?

Just so you know, grocery stores everywhere are incredibly understaffed right now, so it might take a while for you to get your order.

In Silver Spring, after you tell them you’re on your way, you pull up and tell them which spot you’re in, then they bring it out.

They send you a text when your order is ready. There are spots that you park in. You click the link in your text when you get there. However, a few times this week customers have had to go inside to get their order. (the link will tell you if thats the only option). In that case, you go to the customer service desk.

Such a dumb question but how does WF pick up work?

Particularly in Silver Spring?

You order, pick a time, and then what? Pull up and hit a button on your phone? Walk in a get it? Do you have to find someone inside to get it for you?
