Anecdotally I know one woman who did at age 42 long after they had given up. But to put any faith in that as a viable option ... no. It’s like less than 1%.

A mom in my neighborhood did, and was actually a touch older. Failed IVFs, gave up, got pregnant naturally and got pregnant again after giving birth to her first child.
