My RE didn’t reco it, but he said it wouldn’t hurt, took it and currently have a baby boy from that cycle.

Who the heck really knows but my RE recommended it and my next cycle (about a month after starting 400mg of daily ubiquinol) was the one that did the trick for us.

I used it for my retrieval, I am not sure if it helped. My RE didn't recommend taking anything aside from my prenatal vitamins with folate.

It seemed to work for me. It didn't improve the # of eggs retrieved but we had 100% fertilization.

Does this stuff actually work?

I have been trying over 6 months, late 30s and have one healthy child born over two years ago.

Getting impatient and just stared D3, 5000 IU daily. Curious if I should add in CoQ10 in addition to D3 and prenatal.
