I am not a delicate eater by any means and have a stomach of steel. Fried foods, greasy hamburgers, big steaks, creamy cheesy pasta, rich desserts, all fine. I might feel very full if I overindulge, but not gross or bloated. But give me a short stack of pancakes or an omelette with hash browns and I need to lie down before I’m halfway done and takes me hours to recover. Anyone else?
