Stay away from spermicides and lubes. God knows what chemicals are in those.

There will be no semen involved.

Condom? It is not needed.

Women don’t tend to produce sperm. I guess some do, but my wife does not.

I called my clinic saying I was worried I was having a breakthrough ovulation and the slightly exasperated nurse told me it was normal

We did this after reading it can help aid implantation (no condom since the sperm is supposed to help). Also waited until 10 weeks to start up again because I feared it wouldn’t work, but I was told it’s fine to resume at beta. Good luck!

Go ahead and enjoy the night before. Will be fine by FET.

I have a frozen embryo transfer scheduled for next week.

Our RE said strictly no sex/orgasm/pelvic activity post-transfer until BETA. I intend on following instructions.

However, he made no mention of sex/orgasm before transfer. I’ve anecdotally heard it helps with blood flow. I plan on having sex the night before transfer, but also tend to have minor contractions post-sex. What would you do? What did your RE advise?

TIA
