Steak, lobster, fish…we also love especially a scallop dish like some sort of sautéed scallops in soup or sauce and can even garnish with a little caviar for continuity (this time if year cauliflower soup with scallop and caviar is good).

Thanks all! To be clear, I don’t mean what that pair with the caviar, but rather what to have as an entree after we eat the caviar (with blinis, etc).

My husband and I love to stay in on NYE and have caviar and champagne. But what pairs well with caviar for an entree? I’m stumped on what to serve next. Ideas welcome, thanks!
